This listing is for custom embroidery only. This does not apply to embroidery files which are readily available for commercial purchase or personal use. For those which we can purchase and sew for you, simply contact us directly to let us know what you have in mind.
Please read this section thoroughly. Be aware that there is a minimum 2-week turnaround required for customized digitizing of any logos. Additionally, custom digitized logos have a minimum fee of $50, which must be pre-paid before the digitizer starts to create your file. If your logo is needed in more than one size, to accommodate for different sizes of clothing, there will be an additional charge to set up the second size. The actual embroidery of your item is a separate purchase, and we will invoice you separately for that, pricing dependent on the actual size of your design and production does not begin until after the digitizing is completed. We must have at least 3 weeks of lead time for custom logo embroidery: 2 weeks digitizing, plus 5-10 business days for production.
We will not produce anything which includes a trademarked or copyrighted image or logo without first obtaining the express, written consent of the image/logo owner. We will verify with the owner, any written consent provided to us by the customer.
