SHIPPING: Most items are RTS and ship via USPS within 14 BUSINESS days. NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS unless otherwise noted or unless other arrangements have been made.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: Due to the difficulty/inability to restock or resell decorated items, NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted if product has been customized, including application of any vinyl, screen print, dye sublimation, or embroidery. Items which are not customized may be returned, in their original condition, unwashed, within 10 days, at the expense of the customer.
